The Pennsylvania Biomass Energy Association (PBEA) is a non-profit, industry driven organization working to advance the use of biomass for clean heat and power energy applications in Pennsylvania. We represent businesses, organizations, and individuals that share a common vision that biomass is an abundant, affordable natural resource that should be used in an environmental responsible manner for thermal applications. PBEA promotes and supports the use of Pennsylvania’s sustainable biomass feedstocks by educating potential end users and policy makers on the benefits of biomass, while also providing guidance on clean, efficient biomass heat and CHP technologies and installations.
